All Tier 2–4 engagements are scoped to: one jurisdiction · one authority · one applicant/entity · one application. Additional jurisdictions or authorities are quoted as add-ons. Site maps, insurer liaison, legal review, audits, and urgent turnarounds are priced separately. Any major rescope after commencement requires a new quote. Extra jurisdictions and authorities are available as add-ons — ask at scoping.
